When you fill in the contact form or the trip request form, we use your data to:

- keep our administration up to date.
This processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement you enter into with Novakse.

Some data we have to keep because we are legally required to do so, for example data that forms part of our financial administration.

4. Who do we share personal data with?
Novakse does not sell your personal data to third parties.
We only share personal data when this is necessary for our services, for the performance of an agreement or when we are legally required to do so.
Depending on the trip or service booked, data may for example be shared with parties involved in carrying out your trip, such as:
- accommodations;
- transport providers;
- local partners or travel organisations;
- payment and administration service providers;
- IT, hosting and e-mail service providers.
In doing so, we do not share more personal data than is necessary for the purpose concerned.
When an external party processes personal data on our instructions, we make agreements where necessary about the protection and security of this data.
5. Travelling abroad
Novakse organises, among other things, trips to countries within Europe. Where this is necessary for carrying out your trip, personal data may be shared with accommodations, transport providers or other service providers in the country of destination.
We limit the data provided to what is necessary for carrying out your booking.
6. WhatsApp and social media
You can contact Novakse via WhatsApp. If you choose to do so, your telephone number, profile data and the content of the conversation are processed via WhatsApp.
Our website also contains links to Instagram and Facebook, among others. When you visit these websites, these parties may process personal data themselves. Their own privacy terms apply to the processing by these external platforms.
7. Google Reviews and external websites
Our website may contain links to external websites and services, including Google Reviews.
When you visit such an external website, the provider concerned may process information about your visit. Novakse has no control over the way in which these external parties process personal data.
We therefore advise you to also read the privacy policy of the external service concerned.

Novakse may use cookies and similar techniques to keep the website functioning properly from a technical point of view and, where applicable, to analyse the use of the website.

- customer and booking data: for as long as this is necessary for the performance and any follow-up of the agreement;
- data that forms part of our tax administration: for the retention period prescribed by law;
- correspondence: for as long as this is reasonably necessary for handling the request, booking or any complaint concerned.
When data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised.

Novakse takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.

Under the GDPR you have various rights regarding your personal data.
You can, among other things, ask us for:
