Terms and conditions

Article 1 - Participants

The minimum number of participants per trip is 4, and the maximum is 12.

Article 2 - Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total trip price applies to all trips. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 5 weeks before departure.

Article 3 - Cancellation

If you cancel a booking, the following percentages of the trip price apply:

• More than 6 weeks before departure: 50% of the trip price.
• Less than 6 weeks before departure: 100% of the trip price.

Article 4 - Price changes

Any price changes are communicated at least 4 weeks before departure.

Article 5 - Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted to Novakse in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the trip ends. Novakse will respond in writing within 14 days of receiving the complaint. You can send a complaint to schaatsennovakse@outlook.com.

Article 6 - Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal after booking a trip. These are custom, made-to-order services.
