At Novakse you skate on natural ice through stunning winter landscapes. With comfortable accommodation and a trip that is personally arranged for you, you experience the combination of adventure and good company.

All trips are independent as standard, without guidance on the ice. At Orsa and Falun you can add guidance on the ice. Joey arranges the trip beforehand, and from there you plan your days yourself. There are also guided group trips to Orsa and Falun, on a fixed date.

How a trip works

You don't book a route. You book a week on the ice.

Natural ice can't be planned. Where you skate depends on the weather and ice quality, and you only see that on the spot. What is fixed, is how the trip itself is arranged.

As standard you skate without guidance and plan your days yourself. At Orsa and Falun you can add guidance on the ice. There are also guided group trips to Orsa and Falun, on a fixed date.

Pay in one go

You pay the full trip price at booking.

Clear well in advance

Any price changes are communicated at least 4 weeks before departure.

How many skating destinations does Novakse offer?

Novakse offers seven destinations: Orsa and Falun in Sweden, Luleå in Swedish Lapland, Punkaharju in Finland, the Weissensee in Austria, the wellness and skating trip in Sweden and the day trip from Sälen in Sweden. All trips are independent as standard, without guidance on the ice. At Orsa and Falun you can add guidance on the ice. On the day trip from Sälen we go out on the ice together, but Novakse is not responsible on the ice. There are also guided group trips to Orsa and Falun, on a fixed date.

How does payment work?

You pay the full trip price in one go at booking. Any price changes are communicated at least 4 weeks before departure.
